The campsite Les Mielles**** is not a Residential Leisure Park (PRL) and is therefore not open all year round. You can therefore live on the campsite during the whole period of opening, from March 15th to November 15th.
Yes, we know it’s hard to part with your pets. That’s why pets are welcome on our campsite : we accept dogs and cats (except 1st and 2nd category and maximum 2 per pitch) Rate : 3€ per night and per animal.
Yes. As a professional in the outdoor hospitality industry, we are subject to regulations and protocols that guarantee a high level of safety. Our team is trained to offer you a service of irreproachable quality and for your safety certain services will be modified to respect the governmental instructions prohibiting the gathering of people for example. Our campsite gives you access to large natural areas in the open air and you will be able to move around easily, taking into account the rules of distancing.
In order to guarantee your safety as well as that of our team, we set up a secure Check in / Check out. To access the reception of the campsite, the rule of distance of 1m minimum must be respected, within the limit of 2 customers maximum in the reception. Hydro-alcoholic gel is at your disposal and we ask you to use contactless payment methods (contactless credit card, secure online payment on the website, bank transfer or check) when possible.) Your mobile home, your keys and your barrier badge will be disinfected before your arrival and after your departure according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer will also be made available to you throughout your stay in your rental.
