Sport and adrenaline on the agenda
Sporty at heart, you did well to choose the Côtes d’Armor for a short weekend or a few days of vacation. Our 4 campsites offer you the possibility of practicing multiple activities, accessible to all, and for all budgets! Small overview.
What if we jumped into the water?
After a quiet morning at the campsite, it’s time to put some action into your vacation. Go to the Nautical Center of Saint-Cast for a small session of windsurfing, Catamaran or a trip in Kayak. The more agile may prefer Stand-up Paddle or Dinghy. The great beach is waiting for you to brave the waves and challenge your friends/family to a fun and muscular activity. You can also try your hand at optimist or J80 sailing.
Get a little height
Grab your towel and dry off, it’s time to get some height for your next activity. Would you rather climb to the sky or descend?
In St Cast-le-Guildo you can practice an unusual activity: paragliding! Harnessed to your professional instructor, you will fly over the Breton coast between Saint-Coulomb, St-Jacut-de-la-Mer or Sables-d’Or-les-Pins for an extraordinary adventure and unforgettable memories. If you are comfortable, you can try some acrobatic tricks and maybe take control of your flight.
Some people will prefer to be securely attached to the structure before going up in the air. In that case, go to Saint-Cast Aventure. This acrobatic park will offer you courses for children and adults for a nice family day in the Bois Bras. Tours for all levels have been designed so that everyone can enjoy the activity. You will be able to climb trees and with the help of various devices: zip line, Tarzan jump, wave bridge, surf, …
To take full advantage of the day, a snack bar with a sunny terrace and fast food is at your disposal in the park.
Unusual sports in Côtes d’Armor
Of course, there are just as many activities to do while keeping your feet on the ground (or almost)! The magnificent Golf de St-Cast, overlooking the sea and offering an exceptional view as you play, is open all year round. On one side the beach of Pen Guen and on the other the archipelago of Ebihens. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, you will have all the leisure to enjoy the 18-hole course, take lessons for children or adults according to your desires.
More like trotting on the beach? Then, go to the Equestrian Center of the resort where qualified instructors will offer you rides on the beach in small groups. If you are comfortable, the horses will take you for a unique experience in contact with the water and the waves. Then, to finish, hang on tight for the last gallop acceleration before heading home!
